Summary

White-robed Avalokitesvara holding a precious wish fulfilling jewel (3:50). After meditation one praises, "Praising the white robed Guan-yin Bodhisattva with wish fulfilling jewel who saves those who suffer and help the kindhearted whenever she hears the praise. This fulfilling tantric practice is most wonderful, filling the shrine with great dignity and divine power." After a long period of practice, the white or yellow light can change our fate. Guan-yin can hear the sounds of your suffering and thoughts. Lamdre teachings continued (15:19). Meditations: outer mind, inner mind, serenity, diligence. Four mindfulness to cut off the material world, greed, anger, delusion, doubts, arrogance. Four Maras: sickness, affliction, death, enjoyment.
