Summary

Mahacakra Vajra (9:10) is an emanation of Buddha Shakyamuni and Maitreya. Primary Supplicants will have: (1) Affinity with Vajrayana each lifetime, (2) Self-empowerment, and (3) seen Maitreya return. Mahacakra Vajra is the origin of all Vajrayana dharmas. Great Perfection Dharma (39:08). Real empowerment has electric flow, and transmission of the 18 divisions takes years. The 4 empowerments: (1) Water-vase empowerment (i.e. banner), (2) Red and white flowers (i.e. blood & light drop) for inner tantra, (3) Touch empowerment (male 3 parts, female 3 parts), (4) Great Perfection Dharma has no ritual.
