Dharma talk begins (19:55). Adibuddha's wrathful emanation is Mahottara Heruka. Visualize: entire body is blue with eyes and teeth white, holding two vajra scepters. He is a Buddha of the 16th ground. In his heart is the mantra "wun" (31:38). The Pure Light Secret Buddha in High King Avalokiteshvara Sutra is Adibuddha. This is the mark of Adibuddha - one dot, heaven as circle, earth as square. Mudra and visualization (36:58). Mantra (39:33). Two grounds of Adibuddha explained in detail.

Dharma talk begins (9:55). Mahottara is the wrathful emanation of the Adibuddha. (16:20) He has 21 faces, 42 arms, 8 legs, each hand holds a mirror within are 42 serene deities, including Adibuddha, Samantabhadri, 5 Direction Buddhas, 5 Female Buddhas, 8 Bodhisattvas, 8 Female Bodhisattvas, 4 Aizen Myō-ō, 4 Wrathful Buddha Mothers, and the 6 Muni. Mahottara is supreme. Mudra (21:45). Drawing appears as circle with dot above a mound. This is the great illusion. Mantra (23:42) "Om, bei zha, zhou da, maha seh, si ri, heruka, hum pei". Visualization (24:25), mirrors in hands show all the Buddhas and hundred of serene and wrathful deities. Shakyamuni Buddha Mantra(25:09). Mahottara's illusory light practice "the great net of illusion" (33:59-47:15). With a mirror on altar, observe yourself once each day until spiritual union is achieved.

Mahottara Heruka water offering ceremony. The practice procedure should be simple and contain the quiescence of all key points. Fundamental meaning of Mahottara Heruka is himself. He is the vajra body of Primordial Buddha (Adibuddha). Precepts must be followed and this kind of Dharma must not be taken lightly. Mahottara can eradicate karmic illnesses. At death, one has 5 chances to the Pure Land: primordial light, yidam, peaceful deities, wrathful deities, or subjugation/magnetization deities. Merging with the light or yidam is most important at death. Transcending birth and death is most important. Compared to this and one's health, other things are not really valuable. 50 stanzas of guru devotion, 15 roots of downfalls, 5 basic precepts..
