White Tara said:
“Sex is intercourse between male and female. When keeping with Buddhist precepts, it is ethical. Otherwise, it is sexual misconduct. Proper sex is ethical, while improper sex is sexual misconduct. Sexual misconduct will cause one to fall into the animal realm.”
White Tara continued:
“All monastic practitioners must abstain from sex. Even normal sex is not allowed. Vajrayana Buddhist monks are single-bodied practitioners, totally different from householders. Whether one is a monk or a nun, it is the same - if a monk or a nun engages in sex, he or she will definitely fall into the animal realm.”
White Tara added:
“Vajrayana Buddhism has the Consort Practice, and Taoism also has the Dual Cultivation Practice. These practices are the most esoteric dharma teachings. If practitioners with the highest capacities practice in accord to the dharma, this is not wrong. However, if there is anything in the slightest that is not in keeping with dharma, it will result in degeneration. Therefore, those who achieve attainment through this path are very rare. Only a true vajra master can practice it. Otherwise, one will undoubtedly enter the Hell of Uninterrupted Suffering (Avici Hell). Following this, one will reincarnate for many lifetimes in the animal realm."
(This article will not talk about the Consort Practice or Dual Cultivation Practice. Instead, it will only discuss what sexual misconduct is.)

Inappropriate times – the holy days of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Inappropriate locations – in front of the Three Jewels. Inappropriate intercourse – oral sex and anal sex.

From what I know:
Humans are born in the world from sexual desire, in other words, as a result of sexual intercourse between parents, from the unifying of the father’s sperm and the mother’s egg.
Thus, every human being has the seed and habitual tendency for sexual desire, and there is also the saying that “food and sex are part of nature."
Sex is a part of human nature.
Sex is also the reason humankind continues to survive.
Sex produces utmost pleasure, and some believe there to be no greater joy in life than this. People are willing to live or die for sexual pleasure, and those who indulge in this never get tired of it. From the high officials to ordinary people, there is no difference.
As long as one is human, we are all like this.
Animals in general, are like this.
However, a Buddhist practitioner should be very cautious not to break this precept. This precept is very easy to violate, simply because everyone has thoughts of sexual desire.
Generally, only Vajrayana practitioners who have attained accomplishment in the practices of "qi passing through channels," "inner fire passing through channels," and "drops passing through channels" can use great bliss to be free from the bondage to sexual pleasure. In this way, they are naturally free from desire.
Zen practitioners use the joy of meditation to overcome sexual desire.
Exoteric Buddhist practitioners use dharma joy to overcome sexual desire.
I would say:
“Great bliss, the joy of meditation, and dharma joy can all be referred to as dharma flavor. When one has experienced dharma flavor, it is possible to overcome the bondage to sexual pleasure.”
If you use the method of suppression:
It is like using a rock to stop grass from growing.
The moment it is removed, the grass starts growing again.
I would advise:
For practitioners who have not yet attained “dharma flavor,” they can use methods of diversion to divert sexual thoughts.
